The Board of Sunset Beach voted to re-implement the Renter Amenity Fee for all rented homes.

This fee is effective as of January 1, 2025, for all rentals. If a home was reserved before this date, the fee is waived.

The fee is $100 per rental, to be collected by the management company and paid to Sunset Beach Owners Association. If an owner rents their home without using a management company, it is the owner's responsibility to collect the fee and remit it to the HOA.

Below is content remaining from Helene's impact. *We are asking owners to take their yard debris and place it behind the dune fences. This will help build back the dunes and also make it so you don't have to haul it off. **

Sunset Beach was spared from the storm. The common areas look good. It’s just basically cleaning up. Robin was on site first thing this morning and sent pictures which are attached. Some of the dune fencing needs to be replaced, but Sunset Beach was very very fortunate.
