2026 Hurricane Season June 1 - November 30

As a reminder, the Sunset Beach HOA Board of Directors voted to re-implement the Renter Amenity Fee for all rented homes.

This fee is effective as of January 1, 2025, for all rentals. If a home was reserved before this date, the fee is waived.

The fee is $100 per rental, to be collected by the management company and paid to Sunset Beach Owners Association. If an owner rents their home without using a management company, it is the owner's responsibility to collect the fee and remit it to the HOA.

The Sunset Beach Owners' Association website has been designed with owners in mind. Information you or guests may need is at your fingertips. You will be able to access meeting minutes, financial information, etc. on private pages that are password protected.
